This form is called the Authorisation & Request Form and its purpose to give you the opportunity to design your massage as you would like it. The form enables you to give me guidance as to the type and intensity of arousal as well as any boundaries that you want me to maintain. This means that some Absolute massages can be gentle and caring whereas others might prefer a more assertive and erotic experience. The video below is an example of the Absolute Massage.
